Welcome to CoinEcho: Physics Puzzle. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

Summary: The App is free to download and play, contains no advertisements, requires no account, and stores your progress only on your device.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Create derivative works based on the App
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, level designs, artwork, physics behaviour, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. In-App Purchases

The App is free to download and play, and all ten levels are included. Any in-app purchases, if introduced in future versions, are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions.

6. Advertisements

CoinEcho contains no advertisements. If advertisements are introduced in future versions, your interaction with them will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective advertisers.

7. Game Data and Progress

Your progress, saved trajectories, and recorded echoes are stored solely on your device. You are responsible for any backup you wish to maintain. Uninstalling the App or clearing your device's app data will permanently erase that progress, and we have no means to restore it.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and does not infringe upon the rights of others. You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
